Ben was born in Ashfield, Sydney, with his family still based in the Inner West. He completed his schooling at the selective Fort Street High School before undertaking a three-year traineeship with the Hilton Hotel. It was there he developed a strong foundation in five-star service, client respect and attention to detail — principles that continue to shape his professional approach today.
Ben later went on to study at the University of Technology, Sydney, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism. With customer service, strong communication and organisation firmly in his skillset, a transition into the real estate industry in 2003 was a natural progression — and property management proved to be the perfect fit.
Ben’s experience in property management within Gunnedah is unparalleled. During his 17 years at Ewing Real Estate, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of more than 350 residential properties. His comprehensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, combined with a clear understanding of the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants alike, ensures his approach is thorough, compliant and fair. Paired with his exceptional work ethic, Ben consistently delivered outstanding results while managing a significant portfolio.
After 11 years in property management, Ben transitioned into sales, working alongside his wife, Lauren. Together they formed a highly regarded and competitive team within the local market.
However, property management has always been Ben’s true strength — and today he is back doing what he does best: protecting landlords’ investments, supporting tenants and delivering professional, reliable service with integrity and care.
